Key Responsibilities:-• Complete responsibility for statutory and management reporting for ANZ, including US GAAP/Local statutory accounts, tax, audit and SOX compliance• Key member of the local Leadership Team – partnering the MD and other directors on all strategic & operational business decisions• Responsible for IT strategy and infrastructureAchievements Include:-• As a key member of the leadership team, we over achieved Net Income and EVA targets by 20%+ for 3 consecutive years (05, 06 & 07). Revenue growth over that period was 14%, and Net Income growth 42%• Developed product line and customer P&L’s as an enabler to portfolio manage our product categories. This resulted in deletion of several non-profitable product lines and categories, outsourcing of selected manufactured lines to China, as well as providing the sales team with solid evidence to secure price increases – these were the key actions that delivered the growth metrics above• Awarded Avery’s Global Business of the year (<$100M) in 2006• Working with the Asia Pacific Vice President on regional projects. Specifically, I conducted a strategic review of our Japanese JV business, and my recommendations resulted in a new business model that achieved a significant increase in profitability, from a breakeven performance. I managed this review and implementation of the restructure plans with support from our Japanese JV partners• Created a continuous improvement mentality through Lean Sigma Kaizen events, including: - 40% reduction in the time to complete month end - Automation and electronic workflow of the customer sales rebate process - 16% increase in supplier invoice processing throughput

Chubb Australia Ltd – a subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation (UTC). The Chubb division is a diverse global security services provider. Turnover of the Australian operations is in excess of $1 billion. I joined Chubb in 1995 as the NSW Divisional Accountant, and progressed through several operational and head office roles to that of Financial Controller for the Fire & Safety Business.Key Responsibilities:-• Responsible for the accounting and financial management of the division plus statutory and tax reporting• Supporting the General and Business Unit Managers across 30 + sales and service branches around Australia• Management of Finance, Payroll and Payables (team of 25)• Integration of acquired companies - Chubb Fire was an extremely acquisitive company purchasing several small regional based fire service companies which required integration onto the Chubb ERP platform and support systems, setting of financial goals and earn out targets• Manage the budgeting/forecasting process• Working capital management• Involved with developing and implementing the Company’s Operating Plan – business strategy• Property and litigation issuesAchievements Include:-•Centralised the financial functions of the 3 fire businesses within Chubb (totaling $250 million in turnover) The key highlights were;• Managed the process re-engineering project for purchasing and accounts payable for the division, including converting the manual purchase order system to an ERP based system• Key involvement in the business restructure to form Chubb Fire Australia – operational planning, business process reengineering and improvement, and cost control• Due diligence and integration of several in-fill acquisitions• Appointed Business Process Owner for the global project to implement PeopleSoft for Chubb Plc
