Directed National Committee for Quality Assurance Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home primary care practice with 20 providers and 25 support staff that featured physician-led, patient focused teams, working with each patient and their family to provide primary care, prevention, and wellness services for 21,000 visits annually. Implemented Epic electronic.

Managed three (3) Cardiology offices with 19 providers and 26 support staff that performed diagnostic, non-invasive, and minimally invasive procedures with revenues totaling $24 million. Completed specialty practice acquisition that addressed staffing, practice efficiency/physical layout, financial viability, reimbursement/medical billing issues.

Directed practice operations for multiple sites and specialties including internal medicine, family medicine, general, laparoscopic, plastic and reconstructive surgery, pulmonary medicine, and gynecology. Developed and implemented budgetary, operational, quality, and strategic goals that positively impacted 27 passionate providers and 62 support staff.

Managed four (4) NCQA PCMH Internal Medicine practices with 21 providers and 62 support staff.Served as subject matter expert to validate workflows in preparation for Epic electronic health record build and implementation.

Managed the human, financial, and technical resources for a Family Medicine office of 21 providers and 45 support staff that handled 60,000 visits and revenue of $31 million annually. Also provided administrative support to Student Health, Radiology, and Laboratory Services.

Purchased all capital and minor equipment for the acute care hospital, multiple outpatient clinics, home care services and a long term care center. Developed strategic approach to managing capital purchases totaling $41 million.
