Corporate insurance and risk management advisor with 15+ years of experience advising both public and private clients on a variety of corporate insurance and risk management issues in M&A Transactions, Real Estate Developments, Infrastructure Developments, and Social Impact Initiatives. Over the last twenty years, my work has reflected an interest in law as infrastructure and explores both financial and sociolegal methods for improving our society. This has included contributing to research on socioeconomic disparities published by the National Institutes of Health (A Randomized Controlled Trial of Copayment Elimination: The CHORD Trial) and launching a Community Development Financial Institution.
