Austin Kula Karate provides classic Karate, Tae Kwon Do and related arts in the heart of Tarrytown (West Austin). Our classes are focused on kids - from our new and highly popular Pre-K classes to our Advanced Karate classes for tweens, we focus on fitness and control of body and mind in every class. We also present my Essentials of Self Defense Workshop to local businesses, non-profits and youth groups.

Tai Chi Fitness and Renewal provides ongoing classes in Yang Tai Chi from a modern scientific perspective. Health, wellness and fitness are stressed in every class as well an introduction to the classic self-defense techniques of Tai Chi. We provide two levels of classes. One for the study of the classic Yang Tai Chi, and one for our Super Seniors where health, balance and flexibility work take center stage. There is also a series of Relaxation and Focus seminars that can be adapted to organizational fund raising.

On Mission Consulting provides seminars and consulting to Entrepreneurs, Businesses and other professionals on the topic of Living and Working Your Mission. We have created three seminars around this issue. The first is Detecting and Perfecting Your Mission, and the second is the business oriented Four Missions / One Business. Why Your Mission is NOT enough to drive Your business!, and the third is Mission Alignment: Managing Employees On Mission. Personal and profession Mission consulting are also available.
