Responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of passenger aircraft in some of the busiest airspaces and airports in the world with 10,000+ flight hours. Required to assess information and properly formulate the appropriate solution and implement it effectively through the use of Crew Resource Management. Daily communication and coordination with multiple company departments, vendors and government agencies to successfully complete each flight. Manage flight and cabin crew utilizing Crew Resource Management and effective communication skills. Utilize Threat and Error Management to ensure the highest level of safety throughout all phases of operations. Mentorship of First Officers to adequately prepare them for future command.

Responsible for negotiating a Contract between two parties for 2500+ employees. Reviewed and assessed the needs of a work group. Successfully comprised solutions that were beneficial to all parties and communicated both progress/end results to employees. Effectively communicated and problem solved many issues and complex operational challenges to the satisfaction of multiple groups, divisions and companies. Participated in, and directly wrote contract language for collectively bargained agreement. Utilized different means of negotiations to include Alternative Dispute Resolution as trained by the National Mediation Board. Presentations made to both small and large groups in order to communicate and effectively convince multiple parties that goals were attained and/or problems were solved.
