With over 23 years of experience in Merchandising, Sourcing and Supply Chain Management, specializing in Garden Furniture and Seasonal categories, I have achieved the following:1. Successfully built a strong sourcing team from scratch (over 20 individuals in Hong Kong) across various categories for a former company 12 years ago.2. Demonstrated exceptional performance by achieving over 100% growth in turnover and maintaining stability for numerous years while serving as a department manager at an importing company.3. Recruited as a Category Manager to restructure the entire sourcing office, meeting the purchasing requirements from the headquarters.4. Effectively managed a large team in Southeast Asia remotely, ensuring the maintenance and growth of turnover during the pandemic situation.5.
