Engineered a Mobile Content Delivery and CRM Solution for Mobile Devices, the first Mobile Device Idle Screen Content Delivery System which is currently deployed on various national carrier networks which has had over 100 million total lifetime device installs. Engineered and directly coded Cell Phone Applications for Android, iPhone, BlackBerry, BREW (C++), Java Micro Edition, Windows Mobile (Native C++ & C#), Symbian. Developed a Location Based (GPS/LBS) solution for BREW which is capable of delivering location sensitive content to cell phones. Directed the submission of applications to National Software Testing Labs (NSTL) for certification.

Developed wireless handheld and wired technologies for Windows Mobile & WinCE, Blackberry and J2ME for various handhelds PDAs and Cell Phones. Developed MobileWBEM, a WBEM implementation for remotely managing mobile computing devices. Developed distributed client server based enterprise applications. Designed and implemented web based, (HTML/XML/XSLT/HTTP centric), database driven front ends to enterprise applications. Developed web console for interfacing with the Infrastructure Command and Control, (IC²), remote network administration application which displays interactive dynamic web content based on network topology and database data-mined content. Developed web based configuration manager for Ecutel’s mobile VPN product, Viatores, which displays interactive XML and database driven content. Continued to develop wireless handheld and wired technologies carried over from Inciscent.

Developed wireless handheld and wired technologies. Designed, directed and programmed mobile applications on Blackberry RIM, Palm, Pocket PC & SmartPhones, J2ME & WAP enabled devices. Designed and developed Infrastructure Command and Control (IC²) extensible engine that interfaced with Active Directory Services Interface (ADSI) and Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) to wirelessly manage Windows systems. Designed and developed a Mobile Video Surveillance system for The Office of Law Enforcement Technology Commercialization (OLETC) where video was sent to and displayed on a PocketPC (with PTZ control and motion detection alerting) for school safety. Designed and developed Inciscent Web Services platform and wireless handheld client Tight XML based protocol architecture. Designed and programmed database driven multi-tiered web based tools. Wrote server side C++ apps and JSP/Java servlets and apps that accepted and processed wired and wireless requests and interacted with databases.

Designed and programmed Scala InfoChannel and ScalaNet, Scala’s networked multimedia authoring and desktop broadcasting software. Designed and programmed GUI elements, communication manager and extensions, and database engine software modules. Wrote custom TCP/IP, FTP, Satellite Broadcast, and other diverse protocol solutions which take advantage of MS Windows underlying OS services such as TAPI, RasDail (Dial-up Networking) and Wininet.

Continued development of Amiga Vision, Commodore’s icon based multimedia-authoring system/language using C and 680xx assembly. Programmed software, (CDXL), and hardware, (MPEG), full motion video players and editors. Developed CDGSXL, an open source software full motion video player. Programmed various programmer tools/utilities.

Wrote cdgsxl, the best CDXL (Audio+Video) player for the Amiga playing videos on CDTV, CD32 and AMIGA Hard Disk.

Programmer involved in all areas of development of the Amiga Vision multimedia icon based authoring system. GUI, Database, MIDI, Multimedia Audio/Video, Structured drawing.
