With extensive R&D experience in new material development, physical characterization, and performance testing across all P&G Beauty categories and some Fabric Care categories, I’m frequently consulted on novel methods and measures I developed in the past. I am most passionate about leadership & talent development. As the Dean of Researcher Specialist College in P&G's R&D University, I am honored to oversee the content and delivery of this annual college that equips Researcher Specialists to elevate their impact across R&D. In addition to facilitating several of these modules, I am also a company-wide facilitator for our Effective Business Writing course.
