On site delivery responsibility as the Department of Corrections representative for the delivery of a new 286 bed women’s prison as part of the RPDP project team which delivered four new regional prisons across New Zealand.Just prior to construction commencement an additional 100 beds were added to project scope. The increased scoped project was delivered on time and under budget to quality and safety standards, 6 weeks later than the original smaller capacity facility.
