Multi-faceted business professional with almost 30-years’ experience in management across numerous sectors.After three-and-a-half years in Europe, I have very-recently returned to Australia to be closer to my "newly expanding" family.Seeking an engaging cause and purpose in an "untried" part of Australia.My experience is vast, having been "hands on" with a myriad of roles, successfully steering both Commercial and Not for Profit start-ups from concept to thriving and profitable entities.I have been fortunate enough to be involved in some of the most incredible projects, scenarios, and iconic moments over the last 25-plus years. Some of these have been incredibly high-profile, and some have been modest, (behind-closed-doors) beautiful human moments.My internal "strategy" is “people-first”. Train them well enough so they can leave...then treat them well enough so they won't.Strategically, I have a unique ability to see all moving parts of a business, identify with each component and the role it plays, modify, adjust, and harmonise all subsections to maintain a high-quality functioning environment.I have worked with almost every cultural group, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, and personal belief. And despite all groups having polarity, I am proud of consistently establishing collaborative pathways for mutual success, despite the challenge.I work incredibly well in an autonomously but am also comfortable within a team environment. I can design strategy and provide quality leadership but am secure in taking direction (my ego left the building many years ago...:).I am spiritually aware, and believe a persons' performance in the workplace can be measured on their wellbeing, their self-worth and the capacity to be heard.I am in peak physical condition - comparable to half my age, equally mentally fit, do not drink or smoke and am beaming with an incredible drive and hunger to begin the next phase of life in my beloved "Down-Under".Bring it on!
