I am a 15+ year IT Professional that has served in various capacities in Application and System development and administration. I started my career doing web based development using the Microsoft Suite of technologies including ASP (later adding .NET) and SQL Server. After working with more applications that relied on large amounts of data, my primary focus shifted from development to Database Administration. For 2 years, I focused on the configuration and administration of SQL Server environments including security, performance, relational data design, data integrity, reporting and ETL.After 2 years of managing multiple servers and databases, I was moved into a DBA role supporting a PeopleSoft HR/Payroll Implementation. During the project, I became involved in the full scope of PeopleSoft Development and Administration including all application tiers, application security configuration and customization/modification management. I have since been involved with an upgrade of the PeopleSoft HR/Payroll system from version 9.0 to 9.1 and an implementation of PeopleSoft Financials 9.2. My current role has me focusing on development in an established PeopleSoft HR/Payroll system.
