Much of my career has included full P& L responsibilities, with 30+ years of high technology, information services, and professional services industry experience.My experience includes complete company start up, business operations, and establishing the strategic direction and tactical execution of the strategy. I have led the complete lifecycle building professional services firms from the ground up, along with hiring, managing, and training of sales organizations to drive revenue. I have personally led the pursuit and successful acquisition of Fortune 500 clients, and established executive and C suite level relationships across multiple industries with large information technology departments. In addition to driving revenue, I have also held complete responsibilities for corporate governance and oversight in most major areas of company operations including sales and marketing, operations, finance and accounting, and human resources.Pre-retirement I was active in the technology community through participation in professional organizations, including Tech Titans (formerly the Metroplex Technology Business Council). I served on the Executive Steering Committee and Board of Directors for Tech Titans, along with other volunteer duties. I also served on the Advisory Board for the MIS degree for Texas Christian University (TCU) directed by Dr. Jane Mackay, and several boards of DFW based technology firms.
