• Lead 2 Regional Sales Managers, a Customer Excellence Manager, Customer Service Manager, Business Development Manager. Had overall responsibility for all 500 Canadian employees and 161 Shops. • Trained and developed 12 Canadian Regional Sales Managers by providing clear direction on Sales team deliverables, metrics and following-up regularly as well as including them in weekly meetings with top management and retail strategies to discuss business growth and direction. By creating an environment that embraces company culture everyone felt apart of the success was crucial in building future leaders who could take on any future challenge.• Identifying and managing opportunities for innovation, improvement and increased business opportunities by measuring and analyzing the business results• Corporate staff retention was key to ensuring profitable growth. Goal was to reduce retention by 2%, achieved by creating more training sessions, and monthly awards that would increase productivity. We wanted an environment that exemplified a positive and inclusive environment that everyone felt they contributed to the area’s success.• Accompanied District / Regional Managers on their area visits and reviewed business sales strategies. Reviewed all sales/operations within that region. Continual growth in leadership was key to the success so we continually had to coach and develop staff to ensure there was ease for them to step into a leadership role.
