I called on IT Managers, School District Senior Administration, Capital Project Offices and Academic Deans.

Neo Code Software is a boutique size software developer focussed on delivering application solutions to a wide variety of clients. In the Senior BA role for over 5 years I gained broad experience gathering requirements, specifications, wire-framing etc., over a wide variety of projects. This included 12 individual projects for BC's PHSA (Health Authority) working with small clinical teams to facilitate project proposals and requirements gathering. Additional projects included custom client solutions for the oil & gas industry, heavy manufacturing, printing, education and financial services.

Adsupplier was an early SaaS offering for magazine and periodical publishers to handle ad traffic processes. Built in 2005 the application was a robust, solution for scheduling, receiving and validating advertising files for small to mid sized magazine and periodical publishers.

I founded Media Hill Publications in 1998. From 1999 until 2011 Media Hill successfully launched and published The Complete Wedding Directory, Real Weddings Magazine and Westcoast Bridal Guide. In December of 2011 the assets of Media Hill were sold to Canada Wide Media. At the time of the sale Media Hill Publications Inc was the largest publisher of wedding publications in the British Columbia market.While at Media Hill I was also responsible for leading the teams in planning & launching eBiz Canada in 1998 and Living Secure Magazine in 1999. Both publications had notable but, unfortunately, short lived runs.

Windhill House was a small specialty publisher focussed on the sports collectible business. We created special topic booklets and collectible card sets packaged for niche markets. The company had a network of distributors across North America as well as a vibrant direct mail department.

I started Metropolitan in 1981. Built a business of 30+ employees and 300 customers that focussed on auto dealerships. At the time we were the fastest growing service company in our market segment. Responsible for the customer facing side of the business I concentrated on sales, administration & internal IT development. Moving from a paper-based system to early database development including the development of CRM, HR, scheduling, inventory management program; Responsible for sales, marketing and monitoring ongoing customer service levels.
