CurrentBegan working for Maximus as temp worker and after exhibiting exemplary attendance and willing to be trained and learn, I was promoted to a full time employee after 6 month temp worker contract with Apple One ran out.Set up office digital workstations in an office call center environment.Currently training for I.T. certification and going to take exam for CompTIA A+ certification.For Maximus, responsible for addressing inbound customer call center inquiries for the Massachusetts MassHealth Plan. Consistently achieve 95 % call quality observation performance and 85 - 90 % Schedule Adherence. Responsible for enrolling healthcare members into participating health plans with providers.
