• As Architect, represented ENE in architecture planning for the business unit’s software products. Created functional diagrams of ENE in Enterprise Architect and performed a compliance audit against the new standard.
• As Senior Software Engineer, responsible for key areas of ENE including Work Orders, SDK and API, Circuit Assistant and the versioned, geospatial database.
• Developed new API methods to support sophisticated, efficient queries against the geo-database.

• Dell NDC is the R&D center for the Equallogic Storage Area Network, Peer-Storage Arrays.
• Designed and developed an extensive C++ API for management operations on PS Arrays. PSAPI is used by Dell applications and by development partners (Citrix, et al). It is portable to both Windows and Linux and manages.
• Designed and implemented PSAPI features including volume provisioning, snapshots, clones, replication, thin provisioning, thin clones, and PS array group management.
• Designed and developed several proprietary extensions to SNMP v3 including automatic Security Model detection (allowing different encryption levels), multiple simultaneous sessions and Kerberos Security Model (which.
• Developed nearly 100 PowerShell cmdlets supporting management operations on PS Array SANs. Implemented in C# (COM interop layer to PSAPI in C++), these constitute the user facing API.

• For BusRadio, implemented a collection of web services allowing front office software to manage the radio network.
• For BusRadio, improved the scalability of the entire application by greatly reducing the time required to sync the SqlServer front office database with the MySql radio operations database.
• For BusRadio, redesigned the network management portion of the front office database for improved scalability and re-hosted it on MySql.
• For WebGenSystems, designed and developed a complex WinForm application, Framework, to integrate control and site management applications under one umbrella using the MDI model.
• For WebGenSystems, lead the design and development of a new database architecture supporting far greater scalability and flexibility utilizing a SqlServer database server cluster.
• For Vericept, designed and developed the very high speed, document matching subsystem, which detects, in real-time, attempts to transmit all or a portion of registered sensitive content over the internet.
