Researched, designed and produced projects for a variety of communication applications such as key systems, PBX, and transmission networks. Progressed towards design, project management, operations, and maintenance of DMS100 switching, switch translations, RLCM and RSC systems, ISDN services, and all contract administration of said systems. Managed implementation of center-wide voicemail services, video teleconferencing systems, RF broadband CATV implementation, and fiber optic transmission facilities. Also managed projects for audio/visual surveillance applications, physical security applications, LAN/WAN networking, Ethernet, SONET technologies, and other requirements. Conducted traffic analysis for sizing and management of all local and long distance facilities. Worked and coordinated actions closely with ILECs, CLECs, other vendor support avenues, and government entities. Managed contracts for technical personnel hired and utilized to provide telecommunication and data services. Assumed all technical and administrative management functions of the Telecommunications Branch upon then current manager's retirement.•Technical manager for all voice, data, video, and other network systems utilizing copper, coaxial, and fiber optic medias.
