As a Payment Solutions Delivery Manager at Westpac I have primary focus on Agency Banking and Wholesale Payments. I specialilse in Straight Through Processing, Bulk Electronic Payments, Cards Issuance under the MasterCard brand including card transaction processing and Compliance, and Consultancy on the broader payments space.

Worked for Westpac Institutional Bank in Global Transactional Services. My role was to manage and grow a portfolio of Acquiring customers, particularly the more complex ones! The last year was spent overhauling the profile of current customers to improve the profitability of the total portfolio.

My role is to manage and grow the relationships Paymark holds with it's key customers, such as card issuers, banks and merchants.

Connex Advantage EFT Switching Specialist. Specialised role configuring the Connex on Tandem switch application, writing code where necessary to enhance or bug fix. Implemented EMV processing and PCI DSS compliance mandates.
