Registered Occupational Therapist. Certified by the National Board of Certification for Occupational Therapists (NBCOT). Licensed to practice in the state of Minnesota. Currently seeking To work in and positively add to a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating and personally rewarding work environment. I am also looking to pursue opportunities to work in Hand and Upper Extremity rehabilitation when possible to increase my knowledge and skill in evaluation and treatment of associated conditions and eventually pursue a Hand Therapist Certification (CHT). Above all, I seek to use my education and innate skills and abilities to those who have lost the ability to engage in their meaningful life activities and pursuits return to them with the greatest independence and satisfaction possible. Areas of interest/expertise include: Upper extremity orthopedic rehabilitation, orthotics & prosthetic devices (pre-fab and custom), Spinal cord injury rehabilitation, burn rehabilitation, acute and sub-acute physical rehabilitation, and adult outpatient psychiatric rehabilitation.
