Tele2 NOC also monitored the EuroCore, which was a big core stretching all the way to the US, this core interconnected all countries and were used for traffic exchange between external ISPs / CDNs.Working as team leader on the NOC means being the shift responsible, delegating work, making sure all tickets are dealt with, dealing with the prio 1 cases, informing managers and/or other key personnel during outages. Some of the most tricky cases were often handed to team leaders which held more experience in solving them.
