This location has been designated as a Top 20 Busiest Club nationwide (out of 690). I manage 22 employees including all front desk, janitorial and day care staff. Staff development is a key strength and I have trained and mentored 1 Lead Janitor promoted to Club Pride Supervisor, 3 Janitors to Lead Janitor and 1 Front Desk Representative to Operations Manager. I am also very strategic regarding staffing, scheduling and payroll which has resulted in lower than average staff turnover and strong employee morale. In addition, I handle cash deposits, prepare all banking, analyze janitorial and office supply inventory levels to ensure a properly stocked location within a strict budget, collaborate with outside vendors for routine maintenance and provide work orders to the Facilities Manager.
