LA Fitness is a fitness club chain with millions of members across the US and Canada.As Operations Manager, I manage all operational aspects of a $4MM unit with approximately 2,500 active daily members. This location has been designated as a Top 20 Busiest Club nationwide (out of 690). I manage 22 employees including all front desk, janitorial and day care staff. Staff development is a key strength and I have trained and mentored 1 Lead Janitor promoted to Club Pride Supervisor, 3 Janitors to Lead Janitor and 1 Front Desk Representative to Operations Manager. I am also very strategic regarding staffing, scheduling and payroll which has resulted in lower than average staff turnover and strong employee morale. In addition, I handle cash deposits, prepare all banking, analyze janitorial and office supply inventory levels to ensure a properly stocked location within a strict budget, collaborate with outside vendors for routine maintenance and provide work orders to the Facilities Manager. I also conduct hourly walk-throughs/inspections to monitor staff productivity and ensure that the facility is operating at the highest standards.As Member Services Manager, I provide critical inbound telephone customer support, handling 21+ complex calls daily focusing on billing issues, complaints, contractual personal training issues and member retention. Additionally, I am the sole representative companywide handling billing issues for all 690 locations. I also communicate daily with company Vice Presidents to proactively resolve complex customer issues. When speaking with customers, I demonstrate strong negotiation skills while crafting solutions that retain upset customers and salvage lost revenues. Because of this, my club is recognized as a district-leader for highest member retention.I have been fortunate to serve as a key contributor for 3 new gym openings, overseeing all recruitment, hiring and training of front desk, janitorial and day care staff.

Sunrise Credit Services offers a wide range of credit and accounts receivables management services to credit grantors across the United States.Initially hired as a Collections Agent, I rapidly worked my way up to Collections Supervisor in December 2011. As Collections Supervisor, I supervised 12 Collections Agents in the pursuit of collecting debt payments owed by individuals and businesses. I successfully handled escalated calls and worked large dollar accounts, negotiating terms with customers to collect the largest settlement sums possible. I routinely met and exceeded our monthly collection goals, collecting $50-90K monthly.

Hat Tricks Hockey Shop was a retail operation selling quality hockey equipment to the Long Island hockey playing community.As Owner/President, I conceived, launched and operated a profitable business overseeing client services, marketing, sales and accounting. I forged strong vendor relations and negotiated favorable purchasing contracts and agreements. Additionally, I managed the inventory and gained a valuable understanding of competitive pricing and advertising. I also recruited, trained and managed sales staff. In preparation for the grand opening, I oversaw the construction and build out of the store front, ensuring completion within budget and an on-schedule opening.
