I am a Computer Science Teacher and Work Based Learning Coordinator at the Bronx Academy for Software Engineering (BASE) See www.bronxsoftware.org and https://startup-learning.web.app/My interest is to create quality learning environments and experiences for BASE students through Design Thinking, Application development, hackathons, learning challenges and integration with broader community learning opportunities. Partnerships with local start-ups and technology based organizations form a critical component to informing learning and providing authentic growth experiences for students, staff and our broader community.
