Our point of view is that "rules before tools" followed by establishing effective automation should infuse any type of solution that supports the digital workplace.That includes how you manage endpoints, asset lifecycle management, your M365 tenant, and the different touchpoints your customers have with the service desk and field services.I partner with healthcare organizations (health systems, payors, health IT) to help them build strategies around increasing the end-user experience, automating low-value repetitive tasks, lowering the total cost of ownership, and workforce upskilling.I hate grey areas and look to drive specific outcomes and value-add with clients. For each engagement, we start with Why?, work backward from there, and tie our solutions to key metrics. Often, those specific outcomes aren’t established, and I work with clients as a strategic partner to help build those out based on each organization’s goals. My team and I take great pride in translating those goals into solutions that help IT leaders go to business stakeholders and point to where they specifically added to bottom-line or top-line growth.In my free time, I golf, read the news, try new restaurants, and enjoy 4X strategy and open-world games. In the fall, I cheer for the Mizzou Tigers, getting my hopes up only to be crushed in a different way each year.
