AETC 19th AF A4/5/9 JMPS and EFB Programs

The Fallen MM is a Non-Profit religious organization ministering to the motorcycle, church and local communities. The goal of this ministry is to show how Jesus Christ is through service. We are a Brotherhood, but also a Family and a church.  A combination of the spiritual structure of a church, with the rank, structure, protocol of an MC and the relationship of a family.  Every member (Prospect to President) is capable of ministering to and serving.  Both Prospect and President start with P, and it's never forgotten.  The Fallen is able to perform all ministry/church functions to include Marriage ceremonies, Funeral services, Burial services, Baptisms and Spiritual Warfare (dealing with evil), etc.

Manages the C3MS weapons system IT services contract providing operational management and oversight in support of weapon system applications, capabilities and core services. Contract consists of multiple services, technologies, projects and support to specialized mission critical functions.

AF-JWICS Enterprise contract. Provided management and oversight in support of all AF JWICS enterprise core services across regional Enterprise Service Centers (ESCs).

Serves as Enterprise Services Lead and Sr. Enterprise Engineer for the AFJWICS Enterprise. Provides operational authority and responsibility for oversight of enterprise operations activity, planning, implementation and day to day core services support. Manages an operations center responsible for top lvl tier problem resolution accross the Enterprise. Manages all Subject Matter Experts (SME),Tier IV support personnel and Engineers for all enterprise services provided (SAN, Disaster Recovery, Backups, Patching, SQL, Directory Services, MS Exchange, etc.).

Serves as Director of Operations for the AFJWICS Western CONUS Enterprise Service Center. Provides operational authority and responsibility for oversight of enterprise operations activity, planning, implementation and day to day core services support. Manages operations, installation, configuration, and maintains the hardware, software, and maintenance contracts associated with operation of the AF JWICS network's WC region. Serves as the Enterprise Services Lead managing a 24/7 Operations center responsible for problem resolution accross the entire Enterprise. Manages all Subject Matter Expert (SME) positions of enterprise services provided (SAN, Disaster Recovery, Backups, Patching, Antivirus/HBSS, MS Exchange, etc.) . Also serves as the WC-ESC Configuration/Change Management Control Officer and approval authority.

Provide premier Command, Control and state of the art communications support to the U.S. Air Force and other Federal Government agencies. Provide wide and local area network, application and operating system technical management and troubleshooting support to the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Provide technical planning and systems management support to ensure 99.999% uptime for communications capabilities and systems uptime during peacetime, natural disasters and national emergencies. Provides operations and maintenance of Command and Control (C2) voice and data communications systems linking National Military Command System nodes worldwide. Ensure all mission equipment is continuously operational in order to meet any mission requirement.

Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Agency/Texas, Aug 08 - Apr 09 Maintain an expert level of knowledge of the Solaris operating system and its components. Manage the overall security, network, and system administration of four separate classified networks (NIPRNET, SIPRNET, JWICS, NSANET), to include the planning, design, installation, preventative maintenance, management, coordination, and documentation of all hardware and software resources (to include Solaris 8/9/10, Clustering technologies, SAN Storage technologies, smail/ldap messaging protocols and virtual tape library backup technology). Operates three 24/7 message processing systems in direct support of the Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Agency, National Security Agency, Air Force Computer Emergency Response Team and seven remote units worldwide. Manage operations of one military technician and one government contractor.

Extensive knowledge and expertise in the overall security, network, and system administration of four separate classified networks (NIPRNET, SIPRNET, JWICS, NSANET), to include the planning, design installation, preventative maintenance, management, coordination, and documentation of all hardware and Windows based software resources. Spearheaded 19 projects consisting of over 22500 users effected and $1.5B in assets managed. Managed/designed/implemented the creation of the 26th Network Warfare Wing, and the 26th Network Operations Group, to include network, security and infrastructure aspects. Assisted in the collapse of 13 area domains into the first and primary regional domain (Southwest Enterprise Service Center) of six regional service centers throughout the Air Force JWICS Network. Assisted in the requirements gathering, design and equipment procurement of the JWICS virtualization project. Also, performed duties as the Senior Storage administrator for seven (HP & EMC) SAN's and assisted in the problem resolution of multiple Network Attached Storage's (NAS) and Direct Attached Storage (DAS) across multiple networks. Primary Point of contact for IT related issues for all Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance Agency (AFISR) senior leaders (General Officers, Senior Executive Service, and Colonel/GS-15 level executives. Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving the Commanding General's JWICS link, along with recommending infrastructure upgrades to improve accessibility. Implemented, managed and maintained laptop loaner program valued at approximately $100K for over 5000 users providing off-site support to customers. Manage operations of four military technicians and two government contractors. Also during this timeframe, worked as a Help Desk shift leader managing as many as 15 military and four contractor personnel at a time on daily operations.

Plans and conducts complex engineering assignments requiring a high degree of technical competence. Plans, organizes, and conducts the testing and diagnostic programs, design of test fixtures and equipment, completion of specifications and procedure for new products on various platforms (using physical platforms to include HP Server/Blade, SAN and virtual platforms to include ESX server/VMware VSphere on Windows Server 2003/2008 32/64 bit operating systems). Perform Host Based Security Systems (HBSS) deployment, monitoring and support to include Host-base Intrusion Prevision System (HIPS), Enterprise Policy Orchestrator (ePO), SQL server 2005/2008, Super Agent Distributed Repository (SADR), Virus Scan Enterprise (VSE), Asset Publishing Service (APS), ArcSight, Rouge Sensor Detection (RSD) and Data Loss Protection (DLP/DCM) components. Perform Network Access Control (NAC) policy development and management, vulnerability scanning and reporting, vulnerability remediation, customer assistance and log management services. Diagnose and resolve problems associated with IA Vulnerability Management (IAVM), HBSS, McAfee Antivirus, NAC and device patch management. Assist with developing, monitoring and enforcing IA policies (to include STIG and FRAGO 13 requirements) and procedures across the Army-wide Land War Net.

Specifically hired to be the technical expert to ensure deployment of new systems, software applications and web services meet legislative, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIG), Information Assurance Vulnerability Assessment (IAVA) and other Army specific requirements. Additionally, ensure objectives and program reviews match with primary initiatives to meet those requirements. Manages the Networthiness process and assists other major Army organizations with plans to integrate this process in to their work processes. As Networthiness Subject Matter Expert, responsibilities included eliminating process redundancies, providing pertinent workflow information to Army organizations concerning their systems being deployed, working with Directorate of Information Management (DOIM) personnel to provide this same workflow visibility, and eliminating drive-by fielding of systems to organizations not resourced to support them. Also responsible to ensure systems infrastructure and interfaces are identified, coordinated, approved and implemented. Serves as backup Information Assurance Security Office (IASO) and provides technical training as required to employees. Develop briefings from General Officer level to Conference-training level, briefing wide audiences monthly.

Resolves configuration issues, network troubleshooting and system monitoring. Provided administrative support of networking components and computing elements for over 5000 users on station. Member of two man team responsible for planning, installation and configuration of multiple network complexes.

Maintained four TOAM vans while in garrison and two when in the field. Consisted of the de-mobilization of 20ton TAOM van, setup of all equipment which included VHF and UHF antennas, Fiber cabling, Coax cabling, keying crypto, running precise power up operation, running operations check, scheduling and performing PMI’s, repairing faulty hardware down to circuit level. Provided real time power/circuit/communication/crypto/configurations troubleshooting support to TAOM operators.
