He has extensive expertise in telecom, wired and wireless broadband, mobile communications, spectrum, cloud services, digital infrastructure, OTT, IoT, VoIP, software, and AI, as well as privacy and cybersecurity matters. His regulatory experience extends to state, federal and international authorities including Congress, the White House, the FCC, FTC, NTIA, DOJ, state PUCs and AGs as well as foreign regulatory bodies.Bill has also worked on M&A and technology transactions, dispute resolution, IP matters, litigation, and risk avoidance.
