Senior Program Manager for the Ship Self Defense System Combat System Engineering Agent (SSDS CSEA) program. Responsible for the integration of new capabilities into and in-service support of the SSDS Combat System on Aircraft Carriers and Amphibious ships. As program manager for the capture, led the proposal strategy development and team execution which successfully displaced the 25 year incumbent developer of the Combat System. During execution stood up one of the first DEVSECOPS pipelines in Lockheed Martin increasing software quality while reducing development time. I also directed increased automated test to the point where 80% of our requirements can be tested by automation, further improving software quality.
