Current• Opened and operate field office in Chevy Chase, MD, coordinating with office and system services to maintain day-to-day operations, enacting hybrid work policy, and doubling of staff to 26 in one year.• Serve as a member of the department data governance committee, responsible for policies and infrastructure to capture Application Engineering contributions worldwide. Rolled out new technical engagement tracking system and overhauled timekeeping protocols to enrich data while reducing waste.• Formulate and circulate customer engagement best practices to selling teams as an organizer of cross-functional knowledge sharing sessions. Collect success stories on executive engagement, user community creation, promotion of training/consulting, etc. Consolidate lessons learned into reusable reference guides.• Launched a 20-person team focused on sales to small and midsize accounts across the southeast US. Lead efforts to find, grow, and graduate business in aerospace, automotive, consumer electronics, manufacturing, finance, and medical device industries.
