Time to take on new challenges and overcome new barriers.

Acting in charge of the IT Department, I took 110% of the company to the cloud, definitely giving up established Data Center solutions. Several cases were generated and new technologies were and will be implemented under this management. I highlight the Paper published by Microsoft on Serverless and Azure Functions. The big challenge is to keep the areas integrated and reading the same page (Processing, Deployment, Engineering, Projects, Infrastructure, Information Security, Agile Center and Process Control and Quality) and bring the latest in the world to feed the Multi disciplinary structure. Regarding technology, I wrote the current architecture, I also developed part of it, which allows to generate communications and documents in a scalable way, both vertically and horizontally, giving tranquility in the acquisition of new partners and customers.

As an entrepreneur, I acted as IT Director at Dynsei, automating processes and bringing new technologies to training in the Health area. The company became one of the largest DEA (Automatic External Defibrillator) resellers, being the official representative of LAERDAL and NIHON KOHDEN. I learned a lot in this onslaught and I carry with pride the knowledge that I obtained and that I had the pleasure of delving into in terms of providing help and saving a life.

Among the challenges of the role, I implemented a CITRIX virtualization solution. I worked as an integrator for onsite data center solutions. Implementation of the XEROX XMPIE solution, including working on the execution solution in a virtualized and cloud environment, which is now used by the manufacturer. Architecture and software development for CCM (ETL serving several formats proprietary to customers and Document Generator with speed of 1500 A4 pages per second and export in more than 12 formats, including PDF). Implantation and management of departments of Processing, Implantation, Engineering, correlates. Architecture and software development for high volume printing in a format distributed anywhere in the world with file transfer control in the form of IBM Connect and OFTP2. Among the various solutions implemented, I highlight the MongoDB that was supported in Brazil as Case by the manufacturer.

Among the various titles, BOTZIN was the most challenging, online game widely publicized in the media of the time with over 100 thousand players online. I also worked in the development of engines for AAA titles, encryption, anti-cheat system, master servers / servers / clients, package updaters. I also developed for different platforms, including Nintendo.

I worked on the front line in the development of the insurance calculation machine, also in the claims system. I developed the platform's data leak monitoring system, as well as the document validation system via content chaining and hashing, as well as a digital signature in block.

As a sabbatical with a future focus on the development of digital electronic entertainment (Games), I took over the management of the entire Guarujá Family group (Audi, Seat, VW, Honda, others). Another challenging project was for monitoring dust and grain bagging machines (cement, coffee, others), with up to 16 nozzles. The software developed followed the Master Server / Server and Client standard. The entire park started to be monitored by this software and it was translated into 7 languages, being delivered as part of the equipment.

In addition to my duties as a military officer, I worked as a developer at E3 / HQ of the Brigade's General Staff. I debuted the IT area as responsible for the planning and elaboration of software (various controls), moving from the mechanical environment (typing) to the digital one (Open Access). Hardware was also under my responsibility. I also participated in training at C.Infor / 2 and D.Infor / BRT. Acting with cryptography and correlates.
