• Support sales sequences for New Business engine• Send qualified leads to Business Development teams for further nurturing• Support Client Success teams by becoming well-versed in Wripple’s products, services and cli-ents in order to influence actionable strategies for client satisfaction and growth• Provide platform support for new projects and monitor activity and growth• Support client requests as directed for platform assistance and provide candidate recomendations when needed• Work with Talent Manager to provide clients with team and individual candidate options• Review proposals and ensure talent proposal submissions are aligned with client expectations• Manage internal workflow in collaboration with talent manager to ensure efficiencies and continued improvements

-Craft and update job descriptions-Identify and configure a new solution to organize & track candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments, and contact details) -Communicate scheduling of candidate interviews to stakeholders-Track talent pipeline updates in Mavenlink/internal database, including capture and logging of feedback from hiring managers -Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback -Perform background and reference checks-Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations-Coordinate and schedule interviews and contact applicants and hiring managers, as needed-Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire)-Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing the necessary paperwork and scheduling training, 1:1s, adding new hires to key meetings, etc.)
