Lead change management role on projects under competence, ensuring all inputs are available and SC is geared up for deployment including new innovations, Value Improvement Projects (VIP), roll-outs, late differentiation, recipe changes and line extensions with an agreed time plan. Portfolio: ·Lead in European portfolio management to ensure SC network, strategy and capabilities are available to support the business.·Identify the key drivers of complexity in the specific sub category across the end to end (E2E) supply chain. ·Overlook and coordinate specific portfolio developments in alignment with BD strategy to win in the market.Innovation·Lead as SC interface, Sub Portfolio innovation Projects and coordinate SC activities to ensure OTIF delivery·Drive Innovation Excellence /OTIF by leading Early Project Management (which includes QA, product safety, planning and data co-ordination) and supporting to line EEM/DFM (Early Equipment Management /Design For Manufacturing)·Input SC aspects on all project stages (sourcing/procurement/capabilities/capacity/investment/...). ·Ensure the very highest technology standards and processes are implemented and are aligned to global specifications & standards in cooperation with Technology Director.
