Roman 3 Solutions Inc. is a full-service project management and innovative solutions provider.Pre-COVID our work was primarily done through our 3 divisions, focused in Human Resources and Training, Consulting, and Cleantech. We developed strategic products and initiatives for municipalities, NGOs, and targeted industry sectors. Since 2021, we have committed to establishing our role as People and Culture experts. Through Roman 3 Operations, we provided training, measurement tools, and tangible actions to improve the internal operations of companies by revolutionizing how they understand and manage their human capital.

As Vice President of Fusion AV; I provided leadership and strategic planning with the rest of our Board of Directors to support the growth of local business and employment in the Annapolis Valley. We used networking, innovation and partnerships with local Subject Matter Experts to help support young professionals in making a sustainable living in the place we all call home.

I led a bold new strategic direction for the Valley REN to create stability and strong relationships that would empower businesses and communities in strategic economic development. I also managed an international recruitment effort to find, hire, and on-board a high level executive to become the new CEO of the Valley REN.

I developed innovative and progressive community support projects to aid in the reduction of the growing unemployment rate in rural Nova Scotia. I also built, managed and implemented well researched and engaging adult education curriculum.

Gamer Geeks was a short form radio show that was featured on Magic 94.9 in the Annapolis Valley. I co-wrote and voiced the character Ronin. I also did all of the web marketing, social media coordination and website administration for GamerGeeks.ca. This little show required a lot of coordination and creative compatibility. I had to work with producers, radio station staff and management to make sure that we were able to offer fresh, relevant and entertaining material that appealed to the stations demographic, as well as attract a younger audience.

I supported at-risk youth in receiving meaningful education and assisted in the creation of individual program plans to support individual success.

I created and developed practical and successful community and recreation programs for youth and teens. I managed a staff of between 20 and 50 employees and 15 to 30 volunteers.
