Practicum is getting the experience of setting up games, running games from behind the scenes, and breaking everything down afterward.

Monitor a 170,000 square foot facility. Interact with maintenance staff, full time staff, coaches, recruits, other teams, and other students. Do safety checks and head counts to make sure everyone is safe and if something is unsafe to block it off until it gets fixed or to fix it myself. Worked with some audio equipment issues. First responder to all emergencies. CPR/AED certified. First aid of a professional responder certified. Direct other student staff at their desk shifts. Provide customer service every day not just an event.
