As a front-end developer, I worked with Vue.js to enhance the features of the Enterprise Rental Car Fleet Management System. As a full-stack developer, I worked on a contract management system for a St.Louis local grocery store chain. That was built using a C# .Net Core backend and a React front end.

As a Senior Technical Consultant at Universal Consulting Services since October 2015, my roles involves the maintenance and enhancement of a Department of Interior (DOI) and Department of Defense (DOD) web applications.In the CEDAR project for DOI utilizing MS SQL Server, EF6 and C# .Net core for the backened and Vue.js in the frontend. We utilized a Code First migration strategy for this application. Redesign and successful completion of the SMART (Sailor and Marine Readiness Tracker) software project. SMART serves as a Navy and Marine Corps readiness tracking tool, comprising five modules for monitoring various short-term or long-term disability programs.In executing the LIMDU SMART project, I utilized ASP.NET MVC with Entity Framework 6, SQL Server 2012, IIS, and implemented data cubes/pivot tables using SSAS. I also integrated SSRS reports, managed dependencies with NuGet, and implemented UI controls using jQuery and Kendo Controls. Agile methodologies and tools were introduced to ensure predictable and repeatable progress in the SMART project. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in refining goals and milestones to bring the project to completion.Leading a team of five developers, ranging from new graduates to senior developers, I contributed to the creation of testing, deployment, software management, and version control systems. Leveraging tools such as MS Visual Studio Team Services, JIRA, NuGet, Git, and JMeter, we established efficient processes.Furthermore, I took charge of designing and building a Contracting Activity Tracker program. This program involved implementing an ETL process to import data from five databases, organizing the data in a star schema database, and presenting it through SSRS reports. This initiative aimed to assist contracting officers in monitoring the execution of government contracts for medical purchases.

I served as a full stack Software Developer within a Scrum Agile team in the Research and Development division, contributing to the EDM project. Noteworthy achievements include enhancing and introducing new features to the EDM PHP MVC application, integrating PHP RESTful web services, and establishing a robust build automation and continuous integration solution for the team. Additionally, I expanded the functionality of Java-based RESTful web services, enhancing database accessibility.

In my role as a Software Developer with HJF at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS), I executed the setup of development tools for two open-source projects—Sakai and Kuali Rice—specifically tailored for Redhat Enterprise Linux. Beyond this, I took charge of installing and customizing enterprise-level open-source learning management and university business process software.My involvement extended to actively contributing to the hiring and recruitment efforts for the software development team. Notably, I achieved a significant milestone by spearheading the implementation of an agile software development team and the tools for this. This encompassed the integration of practices such as continuous integration, distributed version control, automated unit testing, bug tracking, and test-driven development. This initiative played a pivotal role in cultivating a dynamic and efficient software development environment at USUHS.

Developed web based applications to allow users to input data for project management, proposal management, acquisition workflow and grants management. Duties include experience with all stages of software lifecycle. Including Database design, software design and coding, training of users, getting user feedback and redesigning, debugging, documentation, testing and integrating with C.O.T.S. products.

Managed an AJAX-enabled C# ASP.Net web application, EDMS, employing Object-Oriented Analysis and Design principles.
