I have over 20 years' experience in IT Operations, Security and Engineering, from leading teams, working with vendors and internal business units to greenfield datacenter build out and management. I have experience from small startups to large enterprises as both a technical expert and a team leader. I have worked in both large-scale environments, handling everything from vendors and hardware procurement, infrastructure design, and implementation, creating, implementing, and managing security policies and procedures at all levels to small companies where I had to wear multiple hats and build the team from scratch. I am team focused and strive to enable those around me to excel and progress in their jobs. I try to be the best mentor I can be to my team and offer my experience and expertise so they can perform their jobs better.
