Maintains data accuracy, data integrity, and ensures data hygiene best practices. Designs and develops custom reports for monitoring program performance metrics and program status. Uses data encryption to ensure customer data security; submits SFTP file transmissions and SOAP XML submission to utility. Performs data collection for analysis and collaboration with utility to facilitate process improvements. Employs research methodologies and data validation.
