Working directly with the management teams at our Credit Union partners to maximize the value of our relationships. We provide an auto buying service that is valuable to both the credit union and it's members.

Developed a niche real estate product intended to address the current real estate/foreclosure climate. Assisted in the development of the business model, staffing models, and revenue forecasts. Led in marketing of the program to potential partners including C-level executives, and ensured an alignment of interests for all parties involved.

Managed a team of 40 underwriters and funders while working with our dealer reps and our dealer partners to maximize production. Met the expectations of these partners while holding them to the high standards our internal team demanded. Responsible for all aspects of business including hiring, training, and developement of the staff, and the sales, funding, and servicing of automobile financing contracts.Additionally, served as lead buyer for the Regional Service Center analyzing credit and risk profiles for the region.
