I am responsible for the delivery of the overall Connectivity P&L, working closely with the Online Safety Product Manager, Connectivity Development team; Connectivity Operations teams, Sales and Marketing. My main responsibilities include:• Holistic business management of the Connectivity and wider Internet Service products and services• Accountability for the P&L, results and performances of my products and service• Own and drive the strategy and innovation of the product roadmap throughunderstanding our customer and market needs• Identification and onboarding of potential new products and services to offer; tocompliment current propositions whilst ensuring these profitably solve market and customer problems• Working closely with the infrastructure development team to drive Connectivity product development and the supplier management team on strategic vendor selection and commercial agreements• Working with marketing and sales on product campaigns, sales collateral and customer product information• Passionately evangelise about our products to influence and lead opinion across the organisation and in the market• Internal product advocacy and training of sales and other appropriate teams• Sign off on pricing for all large tenders and deals• Offering a blend of domain and commercial skills required to make balanceddecisions that benefit both RM and our customers

Development and implementation of the Connectivity category strategy for RM's £30m Connectivity services businessConnectivity product management, driving forward the roadmap of the connectivity product portfolio.Key Vendor relationship management.End to end supply chain process management.Benchmarking products and bids as required to identify opportunities for cost savings.Utilising data and reporting mechanisms to provide category insight.Responsible for managing and maintaining RM Recommends product range

Delivery of end-to-end customer projects from contract signature to handover and closedown. Working with both internal technical teams, and external suppliers, ensuring the successful completion of connectivity projects to time, cost and agreed quality levels.Manage a portfolio of internal improvement projects focussed on new product introduction and process improvements enhancing operational efficiency and generating additional revenue.
