As the Compensation Chief (GS-15) for the USCG, I lead the development, coordination, and establishment of policy for military compensation, with a focus on pay, allowances, travel entitlements, PCS, and transportation of household goods and personal vehicles. I have over 20 years of experience in the military industry, including combat operations, intelligence analysis, command, and national security.In my current role, I also serve as the liaison with the Department of Defense on various compensation-related programs, such as the Household Goods Shipping Program, the DEERS/RAPIDS Program, the Decedent Affairs Program, and the Debt Collections Process. I am passionate about ensuring that our service members and their families receive fair and equitable compensation for their sacrifices and contributions to our nation's security and prosperity. I am skilled in information assurance, cyber security, crisis management, emergency management, and program and project management. I hold a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Computer Science from the University of Mississippi, and a current security clearance.
