My role as a technology assistant at IURS granted me the opportunity to amp my understanding of technology. I was able to continuously work with a vast amount of technology such as Windows machines, Apple products, and more. My problem solving skills were also sharpened during my time in this role. When faculty and staff had issues with their computers, I was usually first on the scene to try and fix the issue.

My interpersonal skills began to flourish when working as a member services associate at IURS. In this role, I assisted a very diverse set of customers with different needs nearly every shift. From granting participant access into the facilities to directing emergency situations, I was always happy to help. Ensuring that I maintained a helpful and energetic tone everyday resulted in me earning the Member Services Associate of the Summer award.

After some time as a delivery driver and earning Bloomington's Driver of the Month award, I was promoted to an assistant manager at Domino's. With my new position came a tremendous amount of responsibility and leadership. I was relied on for product quality and accuracy, delivery driver dispatch efficiency, and customer service satisfaction.
