I am a compassionate leader and educator with more than 20 years in curriculum development and implementation of effective care plans, individual and group counseling and cultivating strategic partnerships. My specialty is “bridging the gap” between families and the communities that serve them. Specialties include: Autism, ADHD & ADD, Behavioral Health, Intellectual and Developmental disabilities.Selected Key Accomplishments:• Secured contract with the East Orange School District. Developed and conducted specialized curriculum for Surrogate Parent Training. • Played a significant role in developing and implementing an inclusive special needs program that molded pre-school curriculum. Program has since been adopted by Montclair State University and is now established as the Ben Samuel Children’s Center.• Created a measurement tool for Q&A to measure and observe quality assurance specific to contract deliverables using Wraparound Principles including engagement and team preparation, initial planning for strengths and needs, child-family team meetings, family assessment plans and implementation with families.
