Defined strategy for and developed, executed, and managed a comprehensive marketing plan to grow patient base and foster relationships both in the community and with health care providers. Implemented all marketing efforts including strategic marketing, business development, web based marketing, event management, advertising, and community outreach.

Responsible for editing the organization, clarity, and accuracy of state-specific statute and restraining order pages for WomensLaw.org, a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide easy-to-understand legal information and resources to women and children living with or escaping domestic violence. Included the organization and management of staff and volunteers who worked to ensure the restraining order pages accurately reflected each state’s legislative changes. Also responded directly to individual questions and concerns through the free and confidential national email hotline. Provided comprehensive legal information, referrals, and resources on diverse topics, including: interstate custody, stalking and harassment, child abuse, sexual assault, domestic violence, divorce, civil and criminal restraining orders, and teen dating violence.

Provided crisis intervention, support, information, and referral on the 24-hour crisis hotline. Completed assessments, intakes, service plans, case notes, and other necessary paperwork on all Safe House residents. Advocated with the Division of Social Services, shelters, mental health facilities, schools, and other agencies on behalf of residential clients. Provided resources, information, safety planning and supportive counseling. Worked with counselors, therapists, and other staff to ensure a coherent program of services. Management of cases included establishing client goals, fulfilling meetings and counseling, connecting clients to useful resources, and developing innovative and effective ways to help guide client toward safe and independent living.
