• Initiated workforce assessment studies to provide data that can be used by the College and community in workforce planning.
• Hired 7 new directors to lead continuing education, marketing, grants administration, institutional research, and development, applying a balanced scorecard approach to ensure consistent focus on high priority goals.

• Charged with overall management of college growth on all levels. Student population grew from 800 to 3500; academic disciplines grew from 9 to 18 different BFA/MFA programs; College employment grew from 125 to over.
• Built an institutional structure to support rapid College growth including defining needs, creating institutional plans, and putting those plans and strategies in place for new programming offerings, new equipment.
• Built a leadership team that could manage the start-up of the many new and expanding departments and collaborate effectively in support of the College’s well-planned growth.
• Served as the College liaison with the Board of Trustees, Georgia Department of Education, US Department of Education, City of Savannah Mayor’s Office, and Chatham County Commission resulting in positive growth and.
• Major fundraiser – the Tony Bennett Concert and Art exhibit that opened the renovated Savannah landmark the Trustees Theater;

As director for the activities of the university’s 1000-student population, managed operation of the William T. Young student center and supervision of all student organizations including 8 national Greek fraternities and sororities. Major accomplishments included development of significant student development leadership programs.

Responsible for public relations related to development, the historic plantation house, and polo activities including publications, press releases, and marketing.

Provided oversight to the Greek community and other student organizations at this 13,000-student university. Advised and supervised 23 national fraternities and sororities; assisted director with supervision and operations for over 75 student organizations and an extensive student activities schedule including lectures, concerts, and annual university.
