I've been doing everything.Challenges:- Created a plugin for leaflet.js for optimized rendering of thousands of custom objects on a map, using canvas instead of DOM elements. Seconds of rendering turned into a moment.- Developed a company-level UI kit. No more dozens of implementation of the same button.- Designed and implemented a system for creating white labels without the development team's involvement. Launching a new white label or changing an old one now takes hours, not weeks.- Designed and implemented a system to create, store and evolve complex color schemes without pain using the OKLCH color model to produce predictable results of mathematical color modification. Developed color schemes based on haphazard layouts, approved them with designers, and implemented them. Promoted the use of these color schemes in all teams. We can now create new color scheme by specifying just one color instead of hundreds.- Developed and launched a service to monitor the status of all services, which is used by everyone in the initial phase of incident investigation.- Designed a way to rewrite a huge legacy project (600k lines of code). The rewrite is in progress. The most critical parts have already been rewritten.- Improved project build time from over 3 hours to 20 minutes.- Implemented and promoted the approach of automatic API client generation (grpc, openapi) to reduce routine work and errors.- Achieved 99.9% availability.- Repeatedly contributed to popular open source projects to achieve work goals.- Acting as a bridge between frontend, backend, business, infrastructure and design (items sorted in descending order of my level of diving into it).- Working not only with TypeScript (front end, back end), but also with Python (Django).- Over 1000 resumes reviewed, 112 interviews conducted, 28 people hired.
