I am responsible for installing and maintaining routers, switches and servers in school districts throughout West TN. I work directly with ISP's, contractors, district Information Technology Staff, etc... to provide outstanding customer service on a daily basis. On call 24x7x365 to assure that our customers continue to have exceptional internet and VOIP service for their daily productivity.As a Field Engineer, I worked in West Tennessee and other parts of the United States as travel was extensive. I served as an extension to the network and voice engineering teams installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting network and telephony equipment. I worked directly with project management, Service delivery, inventory, operations, telco providers and contractors on a daily basis. I was involved in projects from their inception during the site survey stage through the design phase till the date of installation. My job was directly customer-facing. I scheduled installs and upgrades based on their needs and responded to trouble tickets that met ENA’s core values. I supervised 3rd party cabling and wifi contractors that ENA hired to work in Shelby County Schools in Memphis, TN. I maintained core backbone datacenters performing installs and upgrades.

I am the Information Technology Director for Westan Insurance Group, Inc. I oversee and manage any of the technology for all of our offices across West Tennessee.I was responsible for all aspects of the Information Technology for the entire corporation. I maintained and updated all equipment and processes to cutting edge technology for insurance and office business solutions.

I was the assistant band director in Mooreville, MS. I was responsible for beginning band, and also the advanced group, which consists of the 7th-8th graders. I was also responsible for teaching general music to one 6th grade class. I assisted with Mooreville High School throughout the year fulfilling any requirements and needs for the program.

I was the middle school band director in Huntingdon, TN. I was responsible for beginning band, and also the advanced group, which consists of the 7th-8th graders. I also was responsible for teaching general music to the entire 4th and 5th grade classes. I assisted at Huntingdon High School throughout the year fulfilling any requirements and needs for the program.

Martin, Tn

I was responsible for the configuration and installation of all major computers at the University of Tennessee at Martin. I was also responsible for multiple maintenance and repairs on computers. I was later moved to the Multimedia area where I was made responsible for the installation and maintenance of all classroom and conference room technology. This included wiring, networking, programming, and moving heavy equipment. This department is responsible for the mounting of projectors and SMART Boards.
