About Hwee-Lin Wee

I value translating research into practice. My success stories include adapting and implementing the Patient Centered Medical Home model for Singapore in a Public-Private Partnership between the National University Hospital and the Frontier Healthcare Group and contributing to the launch of a pharmacist-led medication review service at a public-private primary care clinic. My current research foci include: (1) identifying the cost drivers of preemptive pharmacogenotyping and identifying the most cost-effective approach to implementing this service in Singapore.(2) developing guidelines for the use of real world data and real world evidence for health technology assessment in Asia (3) evaluating interventions to improve well-being among Singaporeans
