Right from pre-sales to Delivery, I ensured that customer satisfaction was the top priority.My learning at Harvard University on Design thinking has made me immensely interested in pursuing roles in Product/ Service Innovation and designing as well and can very well connect with customers and end users identifying their pain points to evolve and develop products that can be a market success for sure.My experience in IT and my overall engagement made me realize that I could do even better with my enhanced skills and hence I pursued my MS in Project Management from Clark University, Worcester, MA.During Simulation projects, I again realized and ensured that I could very well lead teams in the right direction, and we indeed successfully completed 2 simulation projects - One project through the Agile method and one through SDLC and now also completed JPMC Agile Job Simulation successfully.There have been many instances that I have been appreciated by my professors, managers, and even peers for my dedication towards my work as I am a true follower of "Work is Worship".
