As the CEO and Executive Director of ISPOR, I’ve been at the forefront of shaping the global landscape of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) as we are committed to setting the global standard for HEOR and aligning our mission with the evolving needs of the health care landscape. My journey to leading ISPOR is built on more than 20 years of executive leadership across diverse sectors guiding organizations through pivotal transformations and aligning strategic vision with operational excellence. Whether working in businesses, NGOs, government, or professional societies, my approach is rooted in an understanding of how integrated strategies can drive innovation and enact change, ensuring organizations not only adapt but thrive in an ever-changing world. Before ISPOR, I served as Executive Director and CEO of Health Technology Assessment International, where I worked to advance health technology assessment on a global scale. My passion for the intersection of business and society has driven me to write two books and numerous articles on the subject.
