In my role with Dicker Data I had ownership of the Cisco and software vendor marketing which includes some of Dicker's most valuable and critical vendors including Microsoft, Cisco, Symantec, SAP and Citrix. It's was a challenging, relationship-driven marketing role where I was responsible for the strategic planning and operational management of all vendor marketing activities. Activities which include both to partner and through partner activities, with the aim to recruit, onboard and retain strong partnerships across the partner ecosystem.Ensuring rebates are being met, driving sales and marketing alignment and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships to maximise ROI. The role was hands-on, with a solid focus on financial and budgetary management and included in depth reporting on all marketing activities undertaken. My career with Dicker Data was a continuation from Express Data which Dicker Data acquired in 2014.
