Take care of company’s regulatory affairs in Asia Pacific, Middle East an Africa region. This includes obtaining relevant product registrations to support the sales and marketing, assuring company compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies related to company products and representing company before domestic and international regulatory and legislative agencies to provide relevant information that will influence regulatory decisions. Specialize in chemical regulations including REACH, GHS, Biocidal Product Registration and Chemical Registration.

- Analyze projects applying for BOI promotion in respect of value-added, production technology, project feasibility, financial impact, environmental impact, and benefits to the country; and propose for board approval. Some accomplished projects include Toyota’s Eco Car Phase II worth over 12 billion baht, Mitsubishi’s Automotive Part Project worth over 1.5 billion baht, and TS Tech’s Automotive Seat Project worth 1.3 billion baht- Provide investors with consultation on investment opportunities, application procedure, and related laws & regulations to facilitate the application process - Actively participate in domestic and overseas meetings/seminars to communicate the investment promotion policy, encourage new investment, and enhance both Thailand's image and foreign investors' confidence in the Thai investment regime- Work collaboratively with both government and private sector counterparts in devising investment promotion schemes

- Monitor compliance to environmental laws, applicable permits and/or licenses to operate of refinery operations including coordinating regular regulatory sampling, data analysis & reporting, interacting & working with outside consultants/contractors/vendors - Influence legislation thru cooperative advocacy taskforce of draft environmental regulations affecting company operations including effectively maintaining effective governmental relationships within appropriate boundaries to achieve business results, anticipating & responding to development of government actions consistent with company position- Coordinate with refinery and regional key stakeholders in developing aligned annual Environmental Business Plan (EBP) including regular stewardship of plan progress- Perform technical investigation and evaluation concerning environmental issue and provide technical assistance to preventive and protective actions.- Interpret / implement environment related regulations & standards of corporation including any other company environmental initiatives in the forms of procedures, practices & programs- Act as Environment Protection System Administrator to drive for continuous improvement of site compliance to environmental laws and standards- Work as refinery representative with global and regional affiliates via Environment Coordinator Network to leverage knowledge among sites to improve site and regional performances- Participate in regular independent verification & validation programs of SHE&S Function in various forms of assessments and audits to ensure field compliance and effectiveness of relating SHE&S work standards including Safe Work Practices, Work Permit, OIMS/GMOP, SHE Tier-1 BP, OHGP, etc.- Organize environmental trainings in organization to enhance employees awareness regarding environmental protection.

- Provided technical support for wastewater treatment, air pollution control and industrial waste management day-to-day operation.- Developed, implemented and maintained environmental management system based on ISO14001, including environmental aspect identification, scoring significant aspect, preparing environmental master plan, internal and surveillance audit, management review, legal compliance update, monitoring and measurement emissions.- Led implementation of environmental projects including Chemical Feeding System for Wastewater Treatment Plant, helping reduce chemical cost by 360,000 THB/year and chance of chemical exposure; Air Scouring System for Filtration Tank, increasing back wash efficiency; and Wastewater Treatment Plant Capacity Enlargement, increasing capacity of physical/chemical wastewater treatment plant from 1,000 m3/day to 1,400 m3/day.
