• Assigning the respective Internal Assistance Requests for production and participating in the scoping call when needed.
• Work closely with the Production team to balance their billable project work with any marketing, internal prep, R&D for MEP software products, presales calls, support calls, and internal meetings and overhead, as.
• Work closely with the Director of MEP Services to assign effort to meet the milestone deadlines to keep production projects on time and within budget.
• Assigning and assuring QAQC is provided for existing production services projects to ensure consistency and efficiency goals are met between projects.

• Work closely with project managers while performing entry-level engineering work and assistance on small to large-scale projects.
• Execute, coordinate, and expedite various engineering activities as part of capital expenditure projects.
• Participating in evaluating, recommending, and specifying engineered systems or products for a project and verifying compliance with applicable codes and engineering standards and practices.

• Monitoring staff performance to ensure that they meet company productivity and quality standards.
• Assigning projects to staff members based on their skills, knowledge, and experience levels.
• Reviewing and approving timecards to ensure that they are accurate.
